Carmen Ileana Ionescu is first of all a writter. With no intention of  becaming an artist, and no knowledges in the art of painting, the unfortunate pandemic period gave me the opportunity to find calm and relaxation while expressing myself with colors.  I choose the acrylic paint , which, I believe, is extreamly versatile and rich.

Winner of a Honorable mention during an online contest – two other of my paintings reached the finals - I also participated in three group exhibitions along with other exceptional romanian artists which insipired me to continue.
